Richard R. Rodriguez graduated from the Northern Illinois College of Law in May of 1997 after having completed his undergraduate education in Florida and having served and being honorably discharged from the United States Navy and having served as an inspector with the state of Florida Department of Agriculture. From 1997 to 2007 Richard’s practice was focused almost exclusively on family law including divorce, adoption, custody, domestic violence, support and estate matters. Since 2007 Richard’s practice has expanded substantially to include child representation, guardianship, custody mediation and real property disputes. In addition to these areas, Richard has extensive experience in municipal representation and prosecution, commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, contract disputes, landlord tenant disputes, motor vehicle code violations, fuel tax violations, mechanics liens, and estate planning.
